Studio flat holiday rental in Ploubezre

Studio close to the pink granite coast : The studio is located in a part independent of our house, in a very
calm district (dead end) leading to the countryside. The house is with
1.5km center of Lannion (all trade), supermarket (Intermarket) with
1km direction Ploubezre, the center of Ploubezre being located at
approximately 1.5km (bread, tobacco, newspapers, grocer, pharmacy)

The privileged geographical situation makes an ideal starting
base of it to discover all the pink granite coast, which is spread in
a radius of 10 to 15 km (Perros Guirec, Trégastel, Ploumanach,
Trébeurden...) with its many natural and patrimonial richnesses. The
beach nearest (Beg Leguer) is with very right 10km, with a great beach
of fine sand framed of rocks, and two small more discrete splits, of
which a naturist.

Of appartment on a part of the garden of more than 150m² reserved to
the tenants, exposed to the West, the studio consists of a principal
part clear and pleasant, and of a corner cooks /salle baths. (total
Surface 23m²)

The principal part (floating parquet floor) opens on the garden
by a French window. A fixed bay also offers a sight released on the
surrounding countryside and a district of Lannion to the horizon.

The kitchen part is tiled (ground and scheme of work), as well as the
corner toilet (ground and walls).

The equipment of the kitchen includes/understands 2 electric plates, a
mini-furnace, a sink (mixing valve) and a refrigerator, as well as the
crockery necessary (dishes, pans, plates, etc...). The wash-hand basin
is at the end of the scheme of work. The part toilette(séparée by
sliding door includes/understands a WC and an entirely tiled shower
(thermostatic mixing valve). A ventilation is installed.

The equipment is entirely new (realized in September 1999). The bed is
planned for two people (reads 140 X 190, diagrid with double slats,
mattress high density very recent).

The corner garden is reserved to the tenants and offers peace and some
intimité(pas of with respect to the fact of the végétation).Un
living room of garden as well as a barbecue are placed at the disposal
of the tenants (as well as a TV color 51cm).
