Room of Paris hosts : DESCRIPTION
The room of hosts Ernest measurement approximately 14 m2 and it is
very sunny. It is equipped with a beautiful parquet floor and old
pieces of furniture. It gives on a balcony with released sight, and is
located on the 5th floor of a beautiful building haussmannien,
provided with an elevator. This room is rented with a bathroom
separate and modern of 3 m2, which include/understand a wash-hand
basin, a shower and a WC.

The room lays out of two new beds of dimension 0,80 m X 2 m which one
can gather to make a 1,60 m broad bed, and of a cupboard, of a table,
chairs, night tables, carpet, as well as various lightings types.

One reaches the room and the bathroom by a beautiful entry, with
windows in stained glass of the beginning of the XXème century and a
parquet floor of origin, the whole in excellent state.

From this configuration, the customers can evolve/move in the space
which is reserved to them without being disturbed by the other
occupants of the apartment.

The breakfast, included in the price of the room includes/understands,
beyond drinks and foods traditional, of jams house, cheese, eggs, the
fruits, etc, according to the request of the customers.


SITUATION IN PARIS the building is located in full Paris, to 5 mn with
foot of the Station of the East, 10 mn with foot of the Station of
North, 15 mn with foot of the place of the Republic.

The subway station nearest (3mn) is "Tower water" located on the line
4, which goes from the Door of Orleans to the Door of Clignancourt.
The building is thus to 5 mn in the subway of the subway station
"Chatelet", to 10 mn of Beaubourg, less than 15 mn of the Michaelmas
place and with less than 15 mn of the Park of the Villette.

The building is served by many subways (lines 4,5,7,8,9), the RER (B,
D and E), drunk (n° 20, 30, 31, 32, 38, 39, 47, 49...) and by several
stations velib'.

It is located in a street of weak automobile traffic and in a very
alive district, trading and cosmopolitan, where it is possible to eat
for step expensive in very varied restaurants (Indian, Pakistani,
Turkish, Italian, Lebanese, Asian...), but also of the French kitchen
of tradition (Flo Brewery, At Julien...).

RECEPTION the owners of the room of Ernest hosts live the
apartment NOT SMOKER where it is located. To accomodate the people
whom they receive is for them not only one to have, but also a
pleasure.

Apart from the tobacco, they exclude on their premises only one thing:
the use of narrow high-heeled shoes, because they wish to preserve the
good state of their parquet floor centenary.
