(7km, town of art and history, cure at a watering-place, all trade) in
an old stone farm of 18th for a stay with calms, in full nature.
The LODGING of 80m² is classified 3 ears, not smoker, is approved
reception toboggan baby and child (on request I place at your
disposal: reads, park, relaxed, poussette, high chair, bath-tub,
crockery, bibs, babi phon...), capacity of 4 people maximum and our
friends with 4 legs are allowed.
On place SWIMMING POOL (enclosed with the NN, 6x12 more staircase of
1m80 of which walk-pataugeoire of 6x1m20 with a depth of 25cm for
baby) common to the owner and ecological roulotte, table tennis,
plays, TRAINING COURSES POTTERY... the lodging has a closed garden of
250 m² with barbecue, living room of garden, armchairs, gantry,
arbour... and private terrace of 120m².
The lodging profits from all comfort with the charm from old. Kitchen
of 12m² - not closed is entirely equipped: refrigerator and congel
liebher, sink (2 vats), 4 hotplates, hood, furnace, microwave,
electric household appliances, coffee machine, roasts bread, mixer,
electric kettle, fryer, lava crockery, washing machine.
In the living room dining room 41m², you will be able to benefit from
the library or TV or quite simply to listen to music while benefitting
from a blaze in the wood stove.
There are two communicating rooms, each one with privative water room
(shower, wash-hand basin, vmc, hair drier) and toilets. The first with
2 bunk beds and the second with 1 bed of 180 separable, radio k7,
suction wall cupboard, table and domestic iron. (or possibility of
accomodating 2 couples with the multi-stage bed in the living room.
To facilitate your holidays, bathroom linen, cloths and cloths
swimming pool are provided in order to reduce your luggage.

Also on the spot ROULOTTE of Shanti (lodging or room of host)realized
in a step ecological and entirely equipped, located close to the
enclosed lake or you will be able to observe asses, spangled,
goats...
The field of Shanti is located at 1 km of the village of St
Avit Frandat (20 min of Agen, 40 min of Auch, 1h15 of Toulouse, 1h30
of Bordeaux wine). With proximity: historical inheritance (Romieu,
Lectoure, Condom, Fleurance...), golf, horsemanship, montgolfier,
thermal baths, excursions, bases leisures, Walibi park, cinema, walks
in boat on Baïse...
Come to benefit from the field from Shanti all the year for a
stay with topic (training course from pottery to realize and to enamel
a part, round of the cribs as a décembre/janvier, markets with the
fat, festivals of music, rich Gascon inheritance of history, culture,
cooks Gascogne with its steaklets, foie gras, Gascon floc, Armagnac,
pastis...) or quite simply to benefit from one moment of relaxation
and escape with calms. There is always a good reason to come to make a
small turn.
