Hiring small vain villa (private residence) : Near the seaside resort of Florent Saint, you will be accomodated in a
small villa for 6 people maximum, in a residence deprived with raised
park, tennis and swimming pool (calms assured). Comprising all the
conveniences (microwaves, lava linen, lava crockery, tele, dvd,
hifi...), you also have a terrace with barbecue and furniture of
garden (tables, chairs and beds of garden), a small garden (privative
carpark). The tariffs at the week for the tourist season 2008
(July-August), go 700 euros to 1000 euros according to
the period. We propose sliding scale tariffs if you remain more than
one advantageous week and prices for the low one and average season.
For 2008: from January 1 at May 31 400 euros the week, then of
June 1 at June 28 500 euros and September 1: 550 euros
the first two weeks, then 500 euros two last weeks of
September. For following and October 400 euros the week.
