accomodate onze/douze people easily. Three rooms each one are
furnished with a great bed into 140. The three other rooms have two
small beds into 0,90 each one.
For the toilet, there are a large water room with bath-tub in top with
WC and another bathroom in bottom with WC and bath-tub and a room with
WC and washing machine). The kitchen is provided with the current
household apparatuses (kitchen vitro, furnace, microwaves, dishwasher,
refrigerator...).
The stay includes/understands a dining room with a large table
and a chimney, and a comfortable living room furnished with a settee
and three roomy armchairs.
Television: with the stay where you will find also a reader DVD. At
outside: Enclosed and raised ground of 1500 m² with two tables,
parasols, armchairs, barbecue Large garage for three cars. Hot water
and heating with fuel.
Calm and pleasant place, vis-a-vis with the mountains and close to the
Caves Prehistoriques de Sare. Â 15km of the beach of St Jean de Luz
and 25 of Biarritz. Close to the Spanish border. Estival animations:
swimming pool and tennis in the village, walks in the mountain 4x4,
