Apartment 37m² PARIS CENTER : Very quite and sunny, at the 2nd floor of a 2 Floors building, on a typical Parisian Courtyard, It's a Duplex: 27m² With living room and kitchen, and 10m² upstairs with a sleeping room, bathroom (Shower) toilets.
Totaly renewed, to have a very nice stay.
The area is pleasant and central with lot of shoping places and restaurants. We are close to the picturesque Canal Saint-Martin and place de la République, at 10 min walking from the Old area "The Marais", and 20 min walking from Notre-Dame cathedral.
This area have very good connections by Métro (5 lines) and Busses (6 lines), to be very quickly in every part of Paris.
Free service cycles are available at the corner of the street (Vélib) to enjoy Paris as a Parisian in a very nice way.
A parking place is available in the same street (5 min Walking)if you need it. |
