DESCRIPTION: The lodging has three rooms (2 CH with 1 bed 140*190; 1 CH with 2 beds 90*190) including one roomy in mezzanine and is organized on two levels with the kitchen in RdC which opens on the garden. Cook, large living room, s.e., W.C., privative closed garden 200m² with carpark.
EQUIPMENT: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, furnace, refrigerator, microwaves, plates vitro, TV/magnétoscope/DVD, Wifi by satellite, barbecue, living room of garden, sun baths, heating on the ground by geothermics.
SERVICES: household linen, bathroom linen and cloths covers provided. Beds made with the arrival. Reads baby at disposal. Heating included/understood.
SITUATION/ACTIVITES: The lodging is located in the old barn of the Field of the Farmhouse of Cournon dating from IXème century. In full typical scrubland of Languedoc, at the same time with calms and close to the large axes, you will have since the lodging of a wild panorama as far as the eye can see. You will find on the spot a pond natural, an excellent southernmost table of host with swimming pool or a riding school for your stroll until in the throats of Herault.
The Field of the Farmhouse of Cournon forms part of a significant zone for the protection of the species. You will meet there the last eagles of Bonelli de France, pheasants, hares, rabbits or the foxes. You will be able to go spade-to screw on the banks of Herault, absolutely calm and savages at this place.
Ideally located between sea and mountain, near the littoral and of its fine sand ranges, with two steps of the town of Montpellier, in the medium of the vineyards and surrounded of small villages to the intact charm, you will be in the heart of Languedoc. You will be able to give to your stay a cultural side, relaxation or sportsman.
