Near to commercial areas, Concerts and markets are a regular feature at the Place de la Bastille. The site has many cafés, restaurants, cinemas and nightclubs and is therefore very busy, particularly on Saturday and Sunday.
Payment :
Rent : 550 euros/week
50% of the rent has to be sent in advance & the balance of the rent payment will be paid in full at your arrival. The reservation is definite with the down payment.
500 € Deposit required on arrival and restored at departure
The following forms of payment are accepted :
Wire transfer (20 euro bank fee to add on the bill) - Check in euros if the rental begins 2 weeks after the payment Cash
Telephone is never included in the rental price
Cancellations :
If you cancel less than 1 month prior to your arrival, your deposit/down payment is non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the apartment for your dates
